This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Fioren, operated by Bioreach Pharma Exports Pvt. Ltd., through our official website, Amazon storefront, marketplaces, and authorized sales channels.

By purchasing our products, customers agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. GENERAL POLICY

Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of skincare and cosmetic products, Fioren follows a strict quality-controlled return and refund policy to protect customer safety, product integrity, and prevent misuse or fraudulent claims.

We reserve the right to refuse any return, refund, replacement, or cancellation request that does not comply with this Policy.

  1. ELIGIBLE CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

Returns or replacements may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is physically damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product missing from the order
  • Product received is expired
  • Product packaging is tampered before delivery
  • Manufacturing defect verified by our quality team

All claims are subject to verification and approval by Fioren.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS

The following products shall NOT be eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
  • Products purchased during special sales, promotional campaigns, clearance sales, or combo offers
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Products returned without proof of purchase
  • Change of mind purchases
  • Skin compatibility or personal preference dissatisfaction
  • Minor packaging variations not affecting product quality
  • Delayed deliveries caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, weather, or force majeure events

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and skincare products once opened cannot be resold or restocked.

  1. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT

To process claims related to:

  • Damaged products
  • Leakage
  • Missing items
  • Wrong products

Customers MUST provide:

  • A clear continuous unboxing video starting before opening the package
  • Visible shipping label in the video
  • Complete product visibility without cuts or edits

Failure to provide a valid unboxing video may result in rejection of the claim.

Screenshots or photos alone may not be considered sufficient evidence.

  1. CLAIM REPORTING TIMELINE

Customers must report issues within:

  • 24 hours of delivery for damaged, leaked, wrong, or missing products
  • 48 hours for manufacturing defects

Claims reported after the specified timeframe may not be accepted.

  1. RETURN APPROVAL PROCESS

All return or replacement requests undergo internal verification.

Fioren reserves the right to:

  • Request additional evidence
  • Conduct investigation
  • Reject suspicious or fraudulent claims
  • Limit returns from accounts with excessive return history

Approval or rejection of claims shall be at the sole discretion of Fioren.

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on banking/payment gateway timelines
  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit after verification
  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, COD charges, platform fees, convenience charges, and taxes may be non-refundable unless the error is caused solely by Fioren.

  1. REPLACEMENT POLICY

Where applicable, Fioren may offer:

  • Product replacement
  • Store credit
  • Coupon code
  • Partial refund

instead of a full refund depending on the nature of the claim.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Website Orders

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Amazon & Marketplace Orders

Orders placed through Amazon or third-party marketplaces shall be governed additionally by their respective cancellation and return policies.

  1. FAILED DELIVERY / RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Failure to respond to courier

then:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Original shipping fees may be deducted from refunds

Fioren’s maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for the product.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Allergic reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities
  • Improper product usage
  • Third-party courier delays
  • Consequential damages

Customers are advised to perform patch tests before using skincare products.

  1. PRODUCT RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Results from skincare and cosmetic products may vary based on:

  • Skin type
  • Lifestyle
  • Usage consistency
  • Medical conditions
  • Environmental factors

Fioren does not guarantee identical results for every individual.

All products are quality checked before dispatch. Products are packed securely using protective packaging standards to minimize transit damage.
